Olive Oil...

Olives grown at Fylde Fields are are cold pressed using traditional methods to make our olive oil and are stored in dark bottles to protect it from the harmful effects of sunlight.

The bottles come in three styles, regular 250ml, large 500ml and table top 250ml.

Pickled Olives...

The Olives are picked in the old fashioned way with rakes and nets to minimise damage to the fruit and they are pickled in brine for eating or for adding to other dishes.
