Garlic and Chilli Olives
1 bottle olives in brine
a few dashes of vinegar
olive oil for coating
1 garlic, sliced
1 chilli, sliced
handful of fresh basil
Pour the brine off the purchased olives.
Add a few dashes of your favourite vinegar.
Generously coat olives with extra virgin olive oil.
Add sliced garlic, chilli and fresh basil.
