About Us...

Fylde Fields is owned and run by the Ashton Family in the quite rural community of Waiau Pa.

The family came to New Zealand in the early 1970's from a region in Lancashire, England called the Fylde. Joan and Tony Ashton emigrated from England to Auckland's Eastern Suburbs with their two sons Mark and Gary and later they moved to Waiau Pa where for more than ten years they have been busy establishing the Fylde Fields Olive Grove and Gardens
